2026 Rider Release Form
Before participating in any Full Stride Equestrian lessons, clinics, or riding activities, riders must complete the Full Stride Equestrian, Chisholm Trail Dressage & Combined Training Association, and KSM Bear Creek Farms Rider Release Form. You can download, complete, and upload the signed form here, or complete it in person at the facility.
