FSE is so excited to announce that we are officially a licensed USPC Riding Center!!! Our main barn will now be operating as Full Stride Riding Academy as our show team moves. Our show team will operate under Full Stride Equestrian. There will be two separate address listings on Google under the corresponding names so you can access the correct venues.
~What does this mean?~ This means that all riders will have access to an amazing educational program to learn everything related to horse care, as well as parents!
~What is USPC anyways?~ United States Pony Club is a program started in 1954 designed to promote stewardship, sportsmanship, proper horse care, leadership through horsemanship, and preparing riders for eventual horse ownership. Pony Club offers educational material for many different disciplines, both English and Western. It's an internationally recognized educational program. Many of the greatest riders got their start in Pony Club!
🐎I'm not under 18, does this mean I can still participate? Absolutely!!! Pony Club has been opened up to include ALL ages. So if you never had access to it as a youth, now you do! (We will have an adult club at our barn too!)
🐎Do I need a membership? Yes, to join you will need to contact FSE to access all materials, and we can walk you through the process of joining with affiliation to our riding center. All current members will receive this information this week.
🐎What if I don't ride or lesson at FSE, but would still like to join? Guess what, you can! So you will need to contact FSE on how to get set up. This means you can still join rallies, clinics, and seminars we attend or host, but you can continue to ride and lesson at your regular barn.
🐎What do I get out of Pony Club?
•With a Pony Club membership you get access to tons of educational opportunities and materials.
•All members will receive discounts for any other clinics hosted through FSE.
•You will get to connect with barns all over North Texas as well as other regions, and make friends.
•For parents this means you get to be included in your child's education, and ensure that you're spending your money for your child to truly progress in a safe environment with quality curriculum you can follow along.
• You will get proper education prior to purchasing and owning your own horse at home
